Elizabeth Chase, Incumbent

I have been on the Board since March 2002 and have been a member since 1992 and feel that I have contributed and can continue to contribute. I am very committed to the credit union and believe I look at things from all angles and maybe raise questions that may not have been raised. I listen and consider what others say. I try to never take anything for granted and will always call upon the management team to explain why they are doing things and question the value it will bring to the members. I am not afraid to point out that it is in my job to work for the member and I take that very seriously.

I am very humbled and proud to have served the members, via the Board, these last 22 years and would be honored to be able to continue. I am seeking re-election with the intent to promote more member friendly programs and continued growth of Credit Union of Ohio.
 
Aristotle Hutras, Incumbent

I have been a member of the Credit Union of Ohio for 39 years, serving on the Credit Union of Ohio Board for 14 years and I am honored to serve my fellow members of the Credit Union of Ohio. I believe in the original mission of the credit union movement started over 100 years ago, created as a not-for-profit to serve its members financial needs in an accessible and responsible manner as a cooperative. The volunteer member elected board of directors, where each member has one vote regardless of the value of their account, provide a true form of democratic governance.

Having spent a career as a practitioner developing sound public policy and fiduciary oversight protecting Ohio's five public pension funds with assets of over $200 Billion, I have over five decades of working with our elected officials from the local and federal levels. I'll continue to bring the same due diligence to my role protecting and growing Credit Union of Ohio's assets and membership.

We as a board have responded to our member's financial needs truly demonstrating our commitment to providing a financial institution that is truly member driven.
- Continue to evaluate online products to keep them relevant and up to speed with what our members want
- Updating our online account opening and loan application for a more seamless process

I will continue to work with my fellow board members moving forward to keep Credit Union of Ohio a member driven and community friendly financial institution; providing a viable alternative to traditional banks where our members savings, checking and loan products are in their best interest.

Sylvester Patton, Incumbent

I want to continue to be a part of the success, growth and positive impact this credit union has on its members and communities. I've been a member of this board since 2004 and a credit union member for over 40 years.

I am proud to say that I've had the honor, challenge and responsibility of understanding how everything works for this credit union to accomplish its goals. I am also especially proud of this credit union's service to its members during the pandemic, and to see Credit Union of Ohio grow every year that I've been on the board.
