Judy Pyle
Judy Pyle

I worked in the Accounting Department of Genesis for over 40 years, and was Accounting Manager for over 30 years. I retired at the end of 2020. I still volunteer for Genesis as a member of the NODA group, where we sit with patients that are dying if they do not have a family, or their family needs a respite.

I have been a member of Genesis Credit Union and a member of the Board for over 20 years. I was on the committee that brought computerization to the Credit Union. I feel that I promote continued improvements in the Credit Union.

Marion S Lazar
Marion S Lazar

Marion started his employment with Genesis in 1999; with his first three years on night shift in the Critical Care unit. He then transferred to the Emergency department, and joined the MICU team in July 2006.

I obtained my CCEMTP-RN from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In 2008 I became the Clinical Coordinator of the Genesis Mobile Intensive Care unit to present. I have lived in Muskingum County all of my life. I am a third-degree Knight of Columbus, and a longtime member of the Coshocton Gun Club. I received the 2022 Nursing Excellence Award, and am currently the chair of the Nursing Peer Review Committee. I am responsible for doing community outreach to local fire departments and EMS services. I have developed an advanced airway and emergency cricothyrotomy/pig airway lab, which has been utilized multiple times a year throughout Muskingum and surrounding counties.

I feel I would bring a unique perspective to the GECU Board. I have been noted multiple times for having an outside the box view on ways of doing things, and have been known to save Genesis money related to that outside the box thinking.

Chelcee Collins
Chelcee Collins

I serve as Mission Director at Genesis HealthCare System, where I lead community benefit strategy and mission centered initiatives.

Before stepping into mission, I worked in Business Development at Genesis. I helped manage and build hospital budgets, collaborated on high stakes initiatives, and worked with payers and CMS regulations to ensure the hospital received reimbursement accurately and efficiently. That experience sharpened my business acumen and decision-making , giving me a strong foundation for board governance and financial stewardship.

My clinical training complements this business background. I am a Registered Respiratory Therapist, with a specialty in Neonatal/Pediatric Specialist (RRT NPS). Caring for patients taught me to listen well, act decisively, and keep people at the center of every decision.

Beyond Genesis, I have two beautiful children who are my daily mission. We are a faithful family and actively serve in our church. I am passionate about youth development and leadership. My husband and I are closely involved with our local sports teams in Coshocton and are avid Ohio State Wrestling fans. I also serve on the Catholic Social Services Advisory Council in Muskingum County.

With a blend of business, clinical, and mission experience, I bring a member first mindset, collaborative leadership, and practical problem-solving to the GECU Board. My goal is to help deliver accessible, reliable financial solutions that reflect our values and serve our community well.
