| NANCY RING |

Nancy is the Marketing & Media Relations Manager in the Marketing & Public Relations department of Genesis HealthCare System. She has worked at Genesis for 36 years and has been a member of the Genesis Employees' Credit Union for most of that time. She is responsible for overseeing the marketing and public relations initiatives of two staff members in her department among other duties such as leading marketing projects for service lines and managing our public relations efforts with the media. Nancy has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Ohio University in Athens. Nancy says, "I am blessed with a wonderful family - two sons, two daughters-in-law and four grandchildren, along with my parents who continue to inspire me on a daily basis. I believe wholeheartedly in the benefits of being a member of the Genesis Employees' Credit Union and have learned valuable lessons in managing my personal finances via my membership. If the members reelect me to the Board of Directors, I vow to do my best to make informed decisions and help guide the GECU to a strong future for its members." |

| DENISE WILLIAMS |

Denise has worked at Genesis (Good Samaritan originally) for 39 years and has been a member of the credit union as long as she can remember. She has always worked in behavioral health, but her roles and responsibilities have changed over the years. Denise has a master's degree in social work and is a licensed independent social worker and licensed independent chemical dependency counselor. She has received several Genesis recognitions for service such as the PRIDE award, productivity, etc. Denise is active in the North Terrace Church of Christ where she volunteers. She is also a member of the "All Around Club" for women. Denise will retire from Genesis on Mar 1. She states, "I value our credit union and have encouraged new and current employees to take advantage of the services they offer. My husband and I completed Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University over 10 years ago and it changed our finances forever. I believe in and support wise financial management within the home and the organization." |

| BRAD GIBSON |

Brad has been part of the Genesis Community Ambulance Service family since 2004. He started as an EMT dispatcher and worked his way to supervisor and then up to manager. Brad is also captain of the Falls Township Fire Dept. Brad believes his ideas and motivation on personal finance could bring new ideas and innovations to the members. He feels the credit union should be talked about frequently to current and potential members. |

| NIC RINE |

Nic joined Genesis HealthCare System in 2018 as a Practice Administrator for Physician Services. He joined the credit union in early 2020. A graduate of Tri-Valley High School, he earned his MBA with a focus in finance from Mount Vernon Nazarene University with a 4.0 GPA. His professional career started at the Ohio Department of Taxation in 2009 as a tax commissioner agent and he progressed into a leadership role the following year, overseeing operations for individual and business taxes for the State of Ohio. Nic transitioned into the healthcare industry in 2014 when he joined Licking Memorial Health Systems in Newark, OH. He continued his leadership journey while overseeing operations of multiple healthcare offices and represented LMHS as a member of the Granville Area and Licking County Chambers of Commerce as well as the Licking County Safety Council. His education, knowledge, and experience would be valuable assets for the service on the GECU board. Nic and his wife Meghan reside in Frazeysburg with their two children Paislee and Knox. He enjoys all things outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and spends most of the summer with his family at Seneca Lake. Some of his other interests include watching Ohio State football, going to dirt track races, and firing up the smoker to make some great BBQ. |

| SHANE JENKINS |

Shane is currently working as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and has been working at Genesis since Jun 2010. He became a member of the GECU within weeks of starting his employment here. He is a certified ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt; a PMI certified Project management Professional; and has a master's degree in engineering management. During his previous term on the GECU board, he completed several on-line courses to increase business acumen skills. Shane has over 30 years work experience in a variety of areas including food service, education, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare fields. He serves on his local village council as chairman of the finance committee, cemetery committee, and IT website committee. He has volunteered for Zanesville Big Brothers and Big Sisters Lunch Buddy Program for several years and serves on the Ohio University Industrial Systems Engineering Board of Advisors. Shane is currently an active member on our undergraduate recruiting committee. He enjoys helping others and serving his community to help make things better for all of us. |

| PATRICK SIMPSON |

Patrick is an Account Manager at AEP Ohio, covering Licking, Knox, Richland, Coshocton and portions of Perry, Fairfield, and Delaware Counties. Patrick is a former Genesis employee. He spent several months overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Genesis Employees' Credit Union when a transition of credit union leadership occurred. He continued to work his primary job in human resources but stepped into this additional role temporarily. Prior to joining the Genesis team, Patrick worked at Park National Bank for 10 years in a wide range of roles. He was also a branch manager for one year at the Hopewell Federal Credit Union. He earned the certified branch manager credential from the Ohio Bankers' League in 2014 and was selected by the Newark Advocate as a member of the 2019 Top 20 Under 40. Patrick says, "I genuinely believe this [board] is a group I could offer great value to. Given my experience in the retail banking environment, years as a Branch Manager and more recently my time with the Genesis Employees' Credit Union, I hope to bring beneficial first-hand knowledge and decision making to the group!" |
