Arlene Hett |

Arlene has had the privilege to serve on the Audit Committee for the past twelve years. During that time, she attended Board meetings and worked with both management and internal and external auditors to help ensure the financial soundness of iQ Credit Union.
Additionally, Arlene served on the Board of Directors for a Credit Union in Montana where she built a foundation of understanding regarding the financial side of the credit union as well as a deeper understanding of the philosophy of the credit union movement. Her professional career as a public school teacher and a higher education administrator has built necessary skills for working with committees, boards, and the larger community. She enjoys this teamwork as they strive to reach their shared goals to serve valued members and the larger community. As a life-long learner, Arlene maximizes opportunities provided for continuing education, including the areas of technology and regulations.
Arlene would be honored to continue to learn and serve at iQ as a member of the Board of Directors and she asks for your support in her election to the Board. |

Troy Graham |

Troy is a Sr. Risk Manager in Cybersecurity at Microsoft. With more than 12 years of experience working in Compliance, Risk Management, and Cybersecurity, Troy has developed his skills in identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks as a member of Microsoft's global Cloud Supply Chain team. This includes leading security, compliance, and resiliency assessments for suppliers with teams across the globe.
Since 2011, Troy has been a member of ISACA and holds a CISA certification. He served as Treasurer and Deputy Treasurer for the Oregon ISACA branch. Troy values local volunteering and spent 10 years mentoring youth in Clark County 4-H programs. He retired from the Air Force in 2009 after 22 years, including four years as a First Sergeant. Post-retirement, he trained Army National Guard members in cybersecurity and planned cyber incident response training events. Additionally, Troy served on the iQ Audit Committee for 2 years. He appreciates consideration for election to the iQ Credit Union Board of Directors. |

Anne Lipsitz |

As a lifelong Credit Union member, Anne recalls opening her first account at the Credit Union her educator parents belonged to. And now as a Board candidate, she looks forward to the opportunity to serve members of iQ Credit Union, to enhance financial oversight and member value.
Anne's goal is to invest in the PNW community, providing outside perspective and partnering on strategy. She currently serves on the Board of Open School, alternative education programs for underserved students. Anne also serves the Board of goumi, a BIPOC/female founded baby apparel company, and the Board of Oregon Entrepreneur Network.
After obtaining an MBA in 1991, she built a 20+ year career at NIKE, in increasingly global and complex strategic roles, including Global Brand Strategy and Operations.
More recently, she founded her own business, advising start ups, family funds and C-Suites. Anne hopes to bring her experiences to iQCU to unlock even more growth and member satisfaction. |

Cristhian Canseco Juarez |

Cristhian A. Canseco Juarez is a first-generation college graduate. Born in Oaxaca, Mexico, he immigrated to Vancouver with his family in 1992 and has been an active community member for 20+ years.
Cristhian attended Vancouver Public Schools and graduated from Hudson's Bay High School in 2007. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from WSU Vancouver. Before joining PeaceHealth where he works as a Revenue Integrity Coordinator, Cristhian gained valuable experience in finance, sales and relationship management at Columbia Machine Inc. and WEIR ESCO.
In 2020, he was appointed by Governor Jay Inslee to the Clark College Board of Trustees. He also serves as a board member for the Community Foundation for SWWA. In recognition of his accomplishments, Cristhian was named a member of the Accomplished and Under 40 by the Vancouver Business Journal in 2021. |

Sarah Dammen |

Sarah Dammen, an economic and finance professional, is currently the Regulatory Finance Director at Portland General Electric, with twenty years of experience as an economist and financial forecaster. Sarah serves on the Oregon Tech University Foundation Board of Directors and was previously on the Oregon Governor's Council of Economic Advisors, and Trailhead Credit Union Board of Directors and Supervisory Committee. Sarah received a bachelor's and master's degree in economics from Oregon State University. |

Tia is a seasoned workplace strategist with a laser focus on talent retention and leadership development. Her expertise extends across diverse industries, earning her respect and acclaim from talent and leaders alike. Her impact has resonated in federal and state governments (District of Columbia & Oregon), retail (Nike), real estate, hospitality, non-profit (Oregon Consumer Justice), financial services (1803 Fund), and advertising sectors (Wieden + Kennedy, Wasserman Media).
Her board service includes serving as an Executive Leader or Committee Chair for such non-profit organizations as the Black United Fund of Oregon, Portland Workforce Alliance, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., a service organization.
Her life's work is complimented by an honors BBA from Howard University and an MBA from the University of Maryland (Global Campus). And her life's energy is derived from the joy of nurturing, celebrating, and experiencing life with her partner, two sons, and two dogs. |
