Jeffrey Bernstein

Biographical Summary of Jeffrey J. Bernstein: BS in accounting from Pennsylvania State University; JD from Duquesne University School of Law; 9-1/2 years Department of Labor Solicitor's Office (Trial and Appellate Advocate and Counsel for Administrative Litigation and Legal Advice with Division of Employee Benefits); 24-3/4 years Justice Department (Immigration Judge, Trial, Appellate advocate, and Senior Litigation Counsel with Commercial Litigation Branch and Office of Immigration Litigation); 4 years private practice (representing labor unions and businesses including Steelworks Federal Credit Union); 2 years Northwestern Pa Legal Services (representing low income citizens in civil matters).
 
Webster Coleman (Incumbent)

I retired after working 43 years for the Department of Labor, OCFO.  Areas of professional expertise included accounting, budget execution and payroll management.  Volunteered as a Labor Credit Union (Labor CU) Board Director for 9 years and served as Board Secretary and Treasurer.  Currently serve as the Labor CU Chairman of the Board. Strong leadership translates to successful performance and sustained growth…that is the success story for the Labor CU.  I am a Deacon at VCMI - Victory Christian Ministries and a devoted father of three adult daughters and four grandchildren.  I have a BA in Accounting and several financial certifications.
 
Briana Dolejsi (Incumbent)

I have been a member of Labor FCU for over thirty years and was employed for over 30 years at the Department of Labor as an attorney advisor. I am proud to have been elected by the members to serve on the Board for 12 years, and 7 years as the Vice-Chairman. In addition, I have served on a number of committees and earned volunteer certification. While volunteering for Labor FCU, there has been significant expansion, and the credit union faces exciting new opportunities and challenges. I hope to be a part of these changes.
 
Annette Ivey (Incumbent)

Previously served on the DOL Credit Union Bylaws committee, and Board member. Participated in numerous board training including Certified Credit Union Board Member. 20 years with a water quality environmental association, currently Director of Operations. Over 20 years in Finance and accounting, financial and single audits, investments, HR, retirement benefits, member services, event planning, and business administration. Experienced with 501c3 nonprofits and compliance. BA in business administration from Strayer University. Musician, flutist, poet, and writer. Experience in volunteerism, with non-governmental organizations. Thank you for the opportunity to make a positive difference.
 
Maynardia Montgomery-Robinson

As a fellow member of Labor Credit Union, I understand the importance of financial security and making decisions that truly benefit us all. With experience at AARP, the National Education Association, and MedStar, I bring a fresh perspective in administrative management, program coordination, and member advocacy. My goal is to help shape strategies that support our shared financial well-being and ensure the credit union continues to serve its members effectively. I am committed to advocating for our needs and working collaboratively to create positive, lasting results for our community.
 
Walter Weatherington

Major (R) Walt Weatherington serves as Director, Emergency Preparedness, Employment and Training Administration (ETA). He represents DOL at various interdepartmental and interagency meetings with White House and National Security Staff providing input to the President's National Preparedness Plan.

He has a Degree in Education from Florida Memorial University, Miami, Florida; MS Degree from NOVA Southeastern University, and completed the Emergency Management Executive Academy Course at Harvard University. Walt serves on the MVA Board of Directors, served three years on the Labor Credit Union Board, and is currently Chairman, Florida Memorial University Board of Trustees, and Vice-Chairman Florida Memorial University Foundation.
