SafeAmerica Credit Union Merger Vote

Dear Member,
On behalf of the Board of SafeAmerica Credit Union, I am pleased to share exciting news. We have received regulatory approval to pursue a merger with Nuvision Federal Credit Union for the sole purpose of bringing you more benefits and value from your credit union.
Both SafeAmerica Credit Union and Nuvision share a common culture and commitment to understanding each member’s needs and providing exceptional personalized service. Together, we will remain focused on continuing our heritage and personal member relationships while providing more branches, added products & services, and the newest technologies.
Here are just some of the benefits you will enjoy as a result of the merger. Additional benefits are outlined in the enclosed Notice of Special Member Meeting.
- Our branches will remain open and members will have seven locations in the Bay Area and a large network of 36 branches in 2025 and even more ATMs/ITMs (Interactive Teller Machines) in five states

- New technologies, including Live Chat, Zelle, more robust online account opening, and text banking

Your Board of Directors and management wholeheartedly support this merger because of the clear and lasting benefits it will provide to members. The final decision, however, is up to members and your vote is very important. We respectfully request that you register your vote in approval of this important proposal so that you and all SafeAmerica Credit Union members can receive many new products, services, branches, and technologies from your credit union.
There will be a Special Meeting of the Members on January 13, 2025 at 4:00 pm at SafeAmerica Credit Union, 6001 Gibraltar Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588 to consider the merger proposal. If you cannot attend the meeting, you can vote online by selecting the Vote Now button above or complete the enclosed ballot and return it so that it is received no later than January 13, 2025 at 4:00 pm.
