Zoom App Installation
Installation of the Zoom app will happen automatically the first time you start your Virtual Annual Meeting.
- A popup will appear letting you know the CUBallot will be connecting to your Zoom account.
- Next, you'll be asked to logon to your Zoom account.
- Finally, you'll be asked permission to view and manage your meetings. This will let CUBallot
- List your meetings for today
- Create a new meeting if necessary
- Connect your selected Zoom meeting to the member's video stream
Usage
This app makes it simple to connect your Zoom meeting to the CUBallot video stream. Without it, you would need to manually copy and paste configuration data from one screen to another. If you would rather CUBallot not have access to your Zoom meetings, contact your election manager and ask to have your video streaming settings changed.
Uninstallation
When your election is over,
click here to view the Zoom apps you installed so that you can removed CUBallot's access.
